The Village of Plain City administers and collects the 1.5% income tax in-house.  Payments, forms and inquiries should be sent directly to:

The Plain City Income Tax Department now accepts payment for taxes by credit or debit card through Point & Pay Inc.  Please note that Point & Pay Inc. charges a convenience fee for this service.  The fees are:

Credit Cards: 2.5% with a minimum $2.00
Electronic Checks (ACH): $3.50 Flat Fee

Debit Cards: $3.50 Flat Fee
