PLAIN CITY BRANDING

As we enter the new year, we reflect on the past. The Village of Plain City has updated its branding with a fresh look and identity that will take us into the future, while maintaining our heritage.  The Permit & Code Compliance portal allows you to easily submit Planning & Zoning permit applications. Click the Permit & Code Compliance Portal link  for easy access and instructions

Village Council Meetings

Plain City Council Meetings are held the second and fourth Mondays of each month (unless designated otherwise on the website calendar). Work sessions are held the first Wednesday of each month.

 

Meetings are held in Council Chambers at 800 Village Boulevard and begin at 6:30 pm.

All meetings of Village Council are open to the public except for Executive Sessions during which Council members may discuss specific types of business as defined by the Ohio Revised Code.  Board and Commission meetings are also open to the public.

Zoning Permits

All permits, except building permits, are handled by the Village Planning and Zoning Department.

This includes fence, porch, pool and other permits.
